Our Player Pathways

EFC believes in working with all levels of youth soccer in the area to better organize the creation and distribution of age appropriate lesson plans based on topics for the club. Our director will hold coaching meetings/clinics to introduce topics of emphasis as well as do professional development with coaches dealing with training topics.

As players grow and learn, a move may be necessary for their next step in their development. These conversations can be had with your coach and director for further guidance.
