PLAYER PATHWAYS
OUR MISSION
To grow and develop the game of soccer by developing a culture centered around accessibility, learning and growth, while serving each player to see their potential realized.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Our goal is for all players to have fun, learn and develop a passion for the game while improving their skills.
Players who accept an invitation to join EFC have a responsibility to maintain a high level of sportsmanship and respect for their coach, teammates, opponents, and officials.
All players are expected to be on time and prepared for each practice/game.
We expect all players to perform to the best of their ability with a positive attitude, while encouraging others to do the same.
Players will display self-control in all situations and will never use foul or abusive language at any time before, during, or after a game/practice.
